We offer a 12-month limited warranty on main components, including the motor, battery, and controller, ensuring your ride stays powered and protected.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included tool kit.

Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?

Are ENGWE e-bikes waterproof?
Our bikes feature an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy storms or submerging the bike in water.
